Fighting cancer
December 6, 2006 – 5:16 pmIn the past three years both I and my partner, Jude Williams, have won battles with cancer. I had a major operation three years ago. Her struggle started in January 2006 with a hysterectomy, she then underwent chemotherapy and radiotherapy. After a period of convalescence she started work again in October.
During her illness Jude had a lot of support from a charity called Cancer Active and she has now decided to undertake a sponsored walk in Peru to raise money for it. Our son will be trekking with her.
